TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility: Loyalty points are available to active clients of Opal Mane Salon + Spa who book and complete qualifying services or purchase retail products.

Point Value & Redemption: Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for eligible in-salon rewards. Redemption tiers and rewards may vary by location and are subject to change.

Expiration: Points expire after 12 months of inactivity on your account (no earning or redeeming). Expired points cannot be reinstated.

Non-Transferable: Points are non-transferable and tied to the individual client account.

Returns & Cancellations: If a product is returned or a service is canceled, any points earned from that transaction will be deducted.

Birthday Rewards: Birthday rewards are 30 days after the client’s birthday only. One birthday reward per client, per year.

Program Changes: Opal Mane Salon + Spa reserves the right to change or discontinue the loyalty program, its structure, rewards, or terms at any time without prior notice.
